User feedback
How community feedback helps improve the directory and how we reduce abuse.
Why feedback matters
Beginners often discover problems only after ordering: wrong parts, delays, or poor communication. Feedback helps us spot patterns early, reduce risk, and improve the directory for everyone.
What we consider “feedback”
- Reviews/ratings on TargetGSM (where available).
- Structured reports from users (with context and dates).
- Public signals when relevant (policy pages, status updates, consistent complaints across time).
Signals we use
- Repeated complaints about the same issue (delivery delays, wrong items, poor support).
- Repeated positive outcomes over time (consistent packaging, correct parts, responsive support).
- Evidence-based reports (screenshots, order dates, tracking references, invoice/order IDs).
- Severity and impact (a single critical safety/fraud issue can matter more than many minor issues).
Common issues beginners report
- Incorrect parts/compatibility (wrong model, wrong connector, mismatched quality).
- Delivery delays or unclear dispatch times.
- Warranty/DOA disputes or unclear RMA rules.
- Communication issues (no response, contradictory answers, missing invoices).
- Unexpected charges (handling, packaging, import/VAT surprises).
How we prevent abuse
- We may ask for details before changing or flagging a listing.
- We do not accept anonymous “spam-style” accusations without context.
- We can remove obviously fake reviews or coordinated attacks.
- We watch for conflicts of interest (e.g., competitor behavior) and patterns that look manipulated.
What you can do
- Share accurate outcomes (good or bad) with relevant details (date, country, what you ordered).
- Report issues from this page.
- Suggest improvements: missing shipping info, unclear MOQ, outdated contact details, or unclear policies.
Important note
TargetGSM does not guarantee third-party suppliers. Feedback is used to improve directory quality and reduce risk, not to replace your own due diligence.
